The short course on Safety Management in Construction Industry has been developed with a combined effort from safety management in construction industry professionals and academicians. This course intends to disseminate proper knowledge and experience on major safety hazards & risks and causes of accidents in the construction sector in the context of Bangladesh and more importantly, various local and international standards recommended safety measures essential to implement at construction projects, with an ultimate goal of preventing any accidents to either construction workers or external people and thereby helping the country’s construction industry in attaining a healthy & safe workplace.
